Psychological assessment

Each assessment is adapted individually, based on the reason for referral, the intended recipient, for what purpose the results and recommendations are intended, and which methods are relevant and necessary to clarify the issue. For that reason, all assessments are preceded by an in-take interview, where the specific content and range of the assessment is investigated and agreed upon.

In-take interview: DKK 1.075

The duration of the in-take interview, which precedes all psychological assessment processes, is 50 minutes. During the interview, the case in question will be unfolded, and the psychologist will evaluate the need for further examination as well as decide, which psychological assessments might be relevant and/or necessary for satisfactory evaluation of the psychological, diagnostic, neuropsychological or neuropsychiatric issue in question. Furthermore, the current symptoms and complaints as well as any suspected diagnosis will be taken into consideration alongside prior assessments or test results. Finally, the intended recipient of any reports and intended use hereof will be considered.

In the case of children and youngsters, only parents are expected to attend the intake-interview unless otherwise agreed.

Basic assessment: DKK 8.950

The basic assessment includes one psychological test, one feedback consultation, and a network meeting or a comprehensive written statement to an authority (report). An in-take interview will always be conducted prior to the assessment, but this is not included in the above price.

Extended assessment: DKK 13.950

The extended assessment includes three diagnostic interviews, four rating scales, three psychological assessments, one parental interview and either a network meeting or a comprehensive written statement to another authority. An in-take interview will always be conducted prior to the assessment, but this is not included in the above price.

This type of assessment is used to investigate the most common adult, child, and adolescent psychiatric problems.

Larger extended assessment: DKK 16.900

The larger extended assessment includes five diagnostic interviews, six rating scales, five psychological assessments, one parent interview, and a network meeting and a statement to another authority. An in-take interview will always be conducted prior to the assessment, but this is not included in the above price.

This type of assessment is used in rare instances in which the assessment is particularly complicated.
